A question or a problem with the app or your account? E-mail support@laeeto.app.
- Reports of objectionable content or sale offers: reviewed within 24 hours.
- Everything else: we usually reply within two working days.
- Please don't send prescription photos or health details by e-mail. If you are asking about a request, the medicine name and governorate are enough.
The app is in Egyptian Arabic; the button labels below are shown as they appear. Many questions are answered in the FAQ (Arabic).
Report content or block someone
Insults, harassment, false information and sale offers have no place in Laeeto (terms of use). If you see any:
- Tap بلّغ (report) under the content: a thank-you note, a pharmacy result, a pharmacy a volunteer added, or the request on a search task.
- Pick the problem (sale offer, not true, abuse, something else), add details if you like, and tap ابعت البلاغ (send).
- To stop seeing anything from that person, tap احظر (block). They are not told, and they can no longer reach you.
- Unblock under حسابي (My account) → المحظورين (Blocked).
The author is never told who reported them. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules and suspend the account where needed. You can also report by e-mail.
Delete your account
- Open the app and tap حسابي (My account) in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the end and tap امسح حسابي (Delete my account).
- Tap ابعتلي كود التأكيد (Send me the code). A code is sent to your number by WhatsApp or SMS.
- Enter the code and tap امسح حسابي نهائي (Delete my account for good).
The account is deleted immediately. Can't open the app? Follow Delete your account, which also lists what is deleted and what is kept.
